Chambourcin 2005 - $16
Fermented slowly and aged in older oak Chambourcin produces a medium-bodied red with a great nose, deep flavors of fruit, and a long finish, without heavy tannins. This wine goes well with tomato-based foods.
Courtney Red - $13
Courtney Red, a semi sweet red has been a crowd pleaser. Chambourcin, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon make up this blend which we serve as sangria on the weekends with cut up oranges and apples.
Michael’s Blend 2004 - $16
Our 2004 blend of our best reds produced a well-balanced wine with a wonderful nose, rich full flavors, and a lingering finish. The 2004, made from Cabernet Franc and Merlot was aged almost 4 years in oak and bottled in September 2008. Our Michael’s Blend has been very popular for us at the winery.
Mourvedre 2005 - $17
Our love of wines from the Rhone Valley of France has influenced this earthy red wine blended with less than 20% Syrah and aged in oak almost 3 years.
Cabernet Franc 2004

Franc is a dry, medium to full-bodied red wine aged in older oak. With cherry and blackberry flavors this wine is good with grilled dishes. We bottled a single barrel which Michael kept back to age. Only 24 cases were produced.
Port Hanover - $17
Using the Chambourcin grapes we have created a port style wine which really shows off the richness of Chambourcin in both color and taste. Try this with a piece of dark chocolate soon.
1897 - $29

1897 is unique. It is a full expression of Hanover Park. It is a blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon aged in older oak for almost 5 years. This 2003 red was bottled in September 2008 and won a gold medal at the 2008 NC State Fair.
Blueberry - $14
We call this our fun wine. A white wine base with a blueberry concentrate added to create the right mix of sweet and tart. Try this with your favorite cheesecake.
Vin d'Orange - $25
A special recipe from homes in the south of France, Rose wine is blended with oranges, lemons, vanilla beans, sugar and brandy. This is something you are sure to enjoy to begin or end that special meal.
Unoaked Chardonnay 2008 - $12
Cold fermented very slowly in stainless steel produces a crisp refreshing Chardonnay that reflects our soil and climate.
Barrel Fermented Chardonnay 2008 - $15
Fermented and aged in Hungarian oak with flavors of apple, vanilla, and producing a rich, well-balanced enjoyable white wine.
Early Twilight - $11
The sweetness is matched with wonderfully high acid to such a degree that even non dessert wine drinkers enjoy this wine. This new Early Twilight is a blend Muscat and Carlos which was aged in oak.
Viognier 2009 - $15
A French Rhone varietal, Viognier is light and fruity yet totally dry. Viognier goes well with a variety of seafood dishes including grilled seafood. This vintage has the addition of Marsanne and Rousanne to the Viognier which was harvested from our vineyard.

Our wines are shipped in pre-made boxes. We have four sizes of boxes, 2-bottle, 4-bottle, 6-bottle and 12-bottle boxes. You will be charged for shipping based on the number of bottles you order and the size of box required to ship that number of bottles. We ship only via UPS Ground.
